Self sabotage is when you want something, but you do the actions that get you the opposite from what you SAY you want.  

Typically people will say “I can do well all day, & then eat the entire content of the fridge in the evening”, or “I can be really, really “good” all week, then blow it all weekend”. Or “I can stick to my diet for a few weeks, then the motivation goes”, or … I can stay on a diet, lose the weight that I want to …. Then I always go and find it again”
